Items that are damaged, broken, defective or have printing errors should be reported within 3 days of receipt. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with photos, within 3 days of the date the item was delivered. You will be offered two options: 1) we will replace the item and re-ship to you, or 2) we will issue a full refund to the credit card used for the original purchase.
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your purchased item is shipped. If you do not receive your item within 14 days of the shipment date, please contact Harriet Reynolds at email@example.com. Items must be reported ‘undelivered’ within 21 days of the shipment date to qualify for replacement.
T-shirt exchanges should be requested within 3 days of receiving the item. Returned t-shirts must be un-washed and include original packaging. Prior to returning the item, please send an email to Harriet Reynolds at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements for the exchange.
